Service Design Lead

What you will do

• Lead a global adoption programme for a large, complex client and run workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Create holistic experience roadmaps spanning customer experience, business processes, technology, and data.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams across strategy, product design, development, business analysis, and engineering.
• Develop service design approaches, delivery methods, and outcome measurement practices for different contexts.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research, communicate insights, and inform strategic deliverables.
• Own client relationships, scope new opportunities, and help translate service design vision into live products.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in service design, experience strategy, or UX roles at leading digital agencies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital experiences and applied service design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, collaboration, and client relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of client engagement, technology, delivery, UX, and strategy disciplines.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
