What you will do
- Lead global adoption programs and workshops for senior stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and creative outputs.
- Develop and execute service design strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Draw insights from data to inform strategic deliverables.
- Own and grow client relationships while inspiring innovative thinking.
- Contribute to the development of service design practice tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience in senior Service Design or UX roles at leading digital agencies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating applied service design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Proactive attitude and a desire to drive business forward.
