What you will do

• Lead high-priority, enterprise-level analytics projects that directly impact organizational performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom data models and algorithms to optimize operations.
• Conduct advanced research, statistical analysis, and modeling on structured and unstructured data sources.
• Deliver actionable insights and findings through clear, data-driven storytelling to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Oversee model validation and performance monitoring to ensure robustness and scalability.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required; Master’s in Data Science preferred.
• 7+ years of professional data science experience, with a strong preference for healthcare, EHR data, or medical informatics experience.
• Deep expertise in machine learning techniques (clustering, neural networks, decision trees, etc.) and advanced statistical methods.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex, and incomplete data sets to uncover actionable insights.
• Advanced SQL database management knowledge and strong proficiency in programming languages for data science.
• Expertise in the data science project lifecycle and strong project management skills.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in time series forecasting, regression modeling, A/B testing, clustering, and statistical testing.
