What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage potential IBs.
  • Create, manage, and optimize a sales pipeline to convert leads into signed partners.
  • Establish and manage relationships with big-ticket Clients and IBs.
  • Present the company’s value proposition and negotiate partnership deals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new IBs and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership within the FX industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Forex trading environment and IB models.
  • Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Willingness to travel and attend Expos.
