Business Development Manager (Brazil): Expanding business operations for multi-asset products in Brazil with an accent on acquiring new business partners and driving client acquisition. Focus on developing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and managing their onboarding.

is an award-winning, multi-regulated broker offering a wide range of asset classes including CFDs on Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Cryptocurrencies and bonds.
What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage potential IBs.
- Create, manage, and optimize a sales pipeline to convert leads into signed partners.
- Establish and manage relationships with big-ticket Clients and IBs.
- Present the company’s value proposition and negotiate partnership deals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new IBs and maintain ongoing communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership within the FX industry.
- Strong understanding of the Forex trading environment and IB models.
- Excellent communication in English and Portuguese.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
- Willingness to travel and attend Expos.
