TL;DR
SRE Lead (TradeOps): Ensuring and improving the availability of trading binaries with an accent on operational management, incident management, and developing observability metrics. Focus on debugging, issue classification, and proactive trading monitoring.
What you will do
- Operational management of trading activities and proactive trading monitoring.
- Incident management, rapid escalation, and mitigation.
- On-call duty and debugging.
- Develop observability metrics and trading analytics.
- Stay informed on financial and technical news.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, engineering, physics, math, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in an SRE role.
- Programming skills (Python/Go preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Unix systems.
- Ability to deploy, configure, and administer Linux-based servers (Docker, K8s, Grafana).
- Proficiency in English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher).
