Application Engineer

What you will do

• Provide product application support including technical support hotline, customer visits & training.
• Develop product applications & generate application notes / sheets to broadcast usage models.
• Analyze and provide customized solutions, including customized software, for customers.
• Liaise with RS Regional Team to review product and its roadmap to ensure product market acceptance.
• Verify product issues reported by Sales & Application Team and escalate FW & design issues.
• Support basic application for all products of the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years working experience with 1 – 3 years of site service experience for Telecommunication or Test and Measurement related products and system.
• Proficiency in several programming languages is required, such as Python, C#, etc.
• Technical background with good understanding of Test and Measurement products and system.
• Presentation and facilitation techniques.
• Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member.
