What you will do

• Lead data pre-processing and analysis for predictive modelling and establish best practices.
• Architect and develop deep learning models combined with optimization methods for physical system behavior prediction.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable, production-ready data pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with simulation engineers and customers to integrate AI models.
• Drive R&D and product development to refine models and identify new applications.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, UK with hybrid work 2-3 days per week onsite
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
• 3-5 years industry experience post Masters or PhD in commercial environment.
• Strong expertise in Python and libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with probabilistic methods, predictive modelling, and deploying production-ready AI models.
• Ability to travel internationally 2-3 weeks per quarter for customer collaboration.
