We run fast-paced YouTube Shorts channels with strong systems, clear scripts, and a steady production pipeline.
Our goal is consistent daily output and clean storytelling.
Your Role:
🎬 Create engaging 3D shorts (15–30 sec)
⚙️ Animate characters + simple environments
💡 Set up lighting, pacing, readable actions
📄 Work from scripts, VO timestamps & storyboards
📈 Produce 8–15 videos/month
Requirements:
✔️ Strong 3D character animation portfolio
✔️ Skilled in Blender (or Maya / C4D / Unreal)
✔️ Good sense of motion, timing & composition
✔️ Basic English for communication
