Location: Hybrid working from Manchester, UK with on-site presence across multiple UK sites

What you will do

• Lead customer design and configuration through workshops and documentation of requirements
• Support project managers and cross-functional teams with client needs and process mapping
• Ensure solutions meet UK regulatory standards and quality requirements
• Assist development and testing teams during implementation phases
• Identify and mitigate risks related to design and delivery
• Contribute to pre-sales activities as needed

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site across multiple UK locations
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Clinical Field, or IT
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar in health technology, preferably pathology
• Knowledge of UK health regulations including CPA, MHRA, EU Blood Directive
• Proficiency with process mapping tools like Visio and laboratory information management systems
• PRINCE2 or APMG qualifications and Change Management certification are advantages
