- Assist clients in integrating payment solutions, including card processing and Open Banking.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends in payment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support in the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of API documentation and integration processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
