What you will do
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls and personalized emails.
- Engage existing customers to demonstrate add-on product value and book demos for Pro Account Executives.
- Develop strategic relationships and discover customer needs to drive product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to support deal closing and communication plans.
- Maintain accurate activity logs and assist with reporting and internal liaison tasks.
- Travel domestically up to 30% for onsite visits.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Canada, Ontario or within ~40 miles of a Hub office for hybrid work.
- 2-4 years of sales or customer success experience with outbound calling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with resilience in handling objections.
- Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time.
- Tenacious work ethic and team-player mentality.
