What you will do
- Develop and optimize user-centered content and UX copy for digital products
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are consistently applied across digital channels
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and brand teams
- Use data and customer feedback to improve content performance
- Research industry trends and competitor content to inform strategy
- Provide guidance on digital content strategy to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Richmond, UK
- Experience in UX copywriting and content strategy
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization using data analytics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
