What you will do

• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and frontend designers to deliver impactful physics AI applications.
• Design and ship end-to-end applications and prototypes directly to customers, iterating based on feedback.
• Develop and maintain backend RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
• Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, AWS, and Azure.
• Drive development of core platform features to solve complex engineering problems.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in Manhattan office and remote flexibility in the United States
• Strong software engineering skills with experience in backend development and API design.
• Ability to understand complex engineering problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive ownership and problem-solving mindset.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
