Requirements

• Location: Limassol, Cyprus
• Proven experience as CRO or equivalent in PSP, acquiring bank, or iGaming payment provider.
• Deep knowledge of iGaming, online betting, and high-risk industries.
• Experience scaling commercial teams across multiple geographies (EU, MENA, LatAm, APAC preferred).
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; MBA preferred.
