What you will do
- Manage the full onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored guidance during onboarding.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to align onboarding processes.
- Deliver product demos and training to help clients understand and use the platform effectively.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records and report onboarding metrics and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, client onboarding, or similar roles in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of digital financial services and payment systems.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive client success focus.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or payments industry.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, transaction processing, and onboarding systems.
- Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
