What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored guidance during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Product teams to align onboarding processes.
• Deliver product demos and training to help clients understand and use the platform effectively.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records and report onboarding metrics and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in customer success, client onboarding, or similar roles in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and payment systems.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive client success focus.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Limassol, Cyprus

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or payments industry.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, transaction processing, and onboarding systems.
