Front-End Team Lead (Vue): Leading the development and evolution of front-end architecture across web, mobile, and POS interfaces with an accent on performance, accessibility, design systems, and responsive user experiences. Salary: £52,000–£58,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a small team of front-end developers, promoting clean code, best practices, and design consistency.
- Own and evolve front-end architecture across web, mobile, and POS platforms.
- Improve performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform user experience.
- Build scalable design systems and reusable component libraries using modern front-end technologies.
- Translate product and UX requirements into robust technical solutions and coordinate delivery with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Engineering.
- Maintain code quality through reviews, documentation, performance audits, and automated testing pipelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience, including 1+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular; strong preference for Vue.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with design systems, scalable UI architecture, performance optimization, WCAG accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, UX/UI, QA, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Client Services.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS, ticketing, or eCommerce products.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, TypeScript, Cypress, Vitest, or Jest.
- Experience with mobile or responsive UI development and hybrid app frameworks such as Capacitor or Ionic.
