is developing a multi-component system with external interfaces for end users and internal interfaces that improve operational efficiency through error reduction and automation.
What you will do
- Lead development of the external interface, starting with the mobile version and followed by the desktop version.
- Build and manage the frontend development team and oversee code quality through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Prepare the team backlog, manage technical debt, and plan sprints, release cycles, deadlines, and tasks.
- Coordinate work with backend developers, designers, other departments, and shared platform solutions.
- Develop the technical skills of team members and ensure effective team performance.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and product outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent JavaScript knowledge and proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with reactive frameworks, particularly React, and familiarity with Next.
- Strong experience with Node.js, including debugging and optimization.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, framework development patterns, modern layout standards, and mobile adaptation.
- Knowledge of frontend testing technologies and approaches, including Playwright.
- Experience with product analysis, requirements gathering, production releases, and technical decision-making.
