Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent written communication
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or community management
- Strong customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Zendesk or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or other community management tools
