What you will do
- Execute demos and manage POCs onsite and remotely to demonstrate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to identify and support sales opportunities.
- Present technical solutions and vision to customers, including C-suite executives.
- Participate in trade shows and marketing events to evangelize product offerings.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle and gather customer feedback for product improvement.
- Support multiple projects and sales personnel simultaneously, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai.
- 3-5 years of experience in observability or application performance management technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical value into business value.
- Experience with web technologies, programming/scripting languages, operating systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps/SRE practices.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, serverless functions, and automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.
