What you will do
- Guide and mentor a team of junior developers
- Work on developing internal AI-based applications and AI productivity projects
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve software problems by debugging, testing, and fixing
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Requirements
- Experience in building up and leading a team
- Worked on AI-related projects
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering and integration of agentic AI technology
- Strong experience in developing software using TypeScript and/or Java
- Familiar with working in an agile environment
