What you will do

• Develop effective test plans and both manual and automated test cases in collaboration with the development team.
• Design complex automation solutions regarding functional and non-functional testing.
• Guide cross-teams’ SETs in designing and implementing infrastructural solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.
• Implement deep knowledge of testing strategies and contribute across all levels of the test pyramid.
• Research test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing practices and processes.
• Coach and mentor fellow software engineers in test, developing their technical skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Test.
• Strong hands-on experience in OOP languages (C# preferable).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with web browser automation tools (e.g., Selenium / Playwright).
• Familiarity with relational database engines (SQL).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
• Understanding of Behavior Driven Development.
• Fluent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or an IT related discipline.
