Salary: $210,000–$250,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end banking partnerships strategy, execution, and revenue generation.
• Build and grow system integrator and consulting channels to expand reach within financial institutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align partnership strategy with company goals.
• Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives and major customer engagements.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure readiness of hirify.global on partner platforms.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of industry experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience with payment rails (Wires, ACH, RTP) and strong network in banking.
• Technical background working with product and engineering teams.
• Proven success in negotiating agreements and driving revenue via co-sell programs.
• Experience working with virtual, matrixed teams and senior executives.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
