What you will do

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions.
• Interact directly with customers to understand business problems and aid in generative AI solution implementation.
• Brief customers and guide them on adoption patterns and paths to production.
• Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations.
• Provide customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical, mathematical, or scientific field.
• 7+ years of experience designing, building, and/or operating cloud solutions in AI/GenAI production environments, specifically in AWS cloud native environments.
• 3+ years of experience hosting and deploying ML solutions (training, fine-tuning, and inference).
• Years of hands-on experience using Python to build, train, and evaluate models.
• Years of customer-facing consultative experience engaging with clients to diagnose issues, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver solutions across multiple projects and production environments.

Nice to have

• Masters or PhD degree in computer science, or related technical, math, or scientific field.
• Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, generative AI, and statistics.
• Experience building generative AI applications on AWS using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.
