What you will do
- Manage operations across multiple e-commerce platforms including ZOZO and department EC sites.
- Coordinate product launches and localized content for the Japanese market.
- Handle order processing, inventory, and retailer relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and global/APAC teams.
- Support promotional planning aligned with Japanese market trends and cultural events.
- Analyze consumer behavior and contribute to e-commerce strategy and CRM initiatives.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- 3+ years of e-commerce experience in Japan's consumer goods or beauty industry.
- Native-level Japanese and strong business English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese e-commerce platforms and payment systems.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Experience in multinational environments and understanding of Japanese consumer behavior.
