What you will do

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets focusing on mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies and financial models in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership.
  • Build and optimize a scalable, predictable sales engine across multiple channels.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a motivated sales team while maintaining personal involvement in key deals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and represent market insights within the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years managing B2B/SaaS sales teams with proven scaling and mentoring experience.
  • Experience selling to the DACH region; US market familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on CRM (Salesforce) experience for accurate forecasting.
  • Fluent business-level German and English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and maintain active sales involvement.
