What you will do
- Meet and exceed revenue targets focusing on mid-market and enterprise customer acquisition.
- Develop data-driven sales strategies and financial models in collaboration with Finance and GTM leadership.
- Build and optimize a scalable, predictable sales engine across multiple channels.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a motivated sales team while maintaining personal involvement in key deals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and represent market insights within the leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum five years managing B2B/SaaS sales teams with proven scaling and mentoring experience.
- Experience selling to the DACH region; US market familiarity is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on CRM (Salesforce) experience for accurate forecasting.
- Fluent business-level German and English communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead by example and maintain active sales involvement.
