What you will do

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
• Advise on data privacy and security matters.
• Create training for stakeholders on contracting best practices.
• Support strategic projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of contract negotiation and/or commercial law experience.
• Tech industry and/or in-house experience supporting Sales and GTM teams.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, DPAs, and enterprise customer agreements.
• Law degree and authorization to practice law in California required.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
