What you will do

• Collaborate closely with AI researchers to improve model performance from a design perspective
• Develop and document design principles and heuristics for AI systems
• Build methods to test and enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs
• Oversee the quality of design evaluations and guide external partners
• Translate technical details for designers and design concepts for AI experts

Requirements

• Experience developing design heuristics and principles
• Experience leading design efforts across multiple product lines
• Experience using AI models for design tasks
• Strong design background with attention to detail
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
