Salary: $161,700 - $222,800 USD (US zones), CAD 183,200 - 253,000 (Canada BC)

What you will do

  • Serve as strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term scale.
  • Lead executive and developer-level conversations on architecture, integrations, performance, and security.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise implementation and growth plans.
  • Cultivate and deepen executive relationships to ensure hirify.global adoption across organizations.
  • Influence hirify.global’s roadmap by surfacing enterprise-scale insights and feedback.
  • Build and contribute enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards for repeatable success.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON) or able to work remotely from these locations
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with enterprise post-sales focus.
  • Expertise in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic accounts and influence executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Open to learning emerging technologies like AI to enhance impact.
