Location: Remote-first in the United States and Canada (BC & ON)
Salary: $161,700 - $222,800 USD (US zones), CAD 183,200 - 253,000 (Canada BC)

What you will do
- Serve as strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term scale.
- Lead executive and developer-level conversations on architecture, integrations, performance, and security.
- Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise implementation and growth plans.
- Cultivate and deepen executive relationships to ensure adoption across organizations.
- Influence ’s roadmap by surfacing enterprise-scale insights and feedback.
- Build and contribute enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards for repeatable success.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON) or able to work remotely from these locations
- 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with enterprise post-sales focus.
- Expertise in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to lead strategic accounts and influence executive and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical conversations.
- Open to learning emerging technologies like AI to enhance impact.
