Inside Sales - Team Manager (Business & Commercial)

Inside Sales Team Manager: Managing and guiding a remote team of International Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives, with an accent on achieving high performance, fostering professional development, and driving acquisition practices. Focus on defining and implementing acquisition strategies and supporting team members in negotiating and closing contracts.

Location: Hybrid work model with 2 days in office recommended. Must be based in Europe to be able to attend one of hirify.global's offices (headquarters in Vilnius). Opportunity for workation (up to 90 days/year, 21 days can be spent outside the EU).

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support professional growth.
• Define and implement acquisition strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor team performance using data and provide actionable feedback.
• Support team members in negotiating and closing contracts.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at large enterprises to expand partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience within a high-performing sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop remote teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated leader with a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
• Fluent English is a must, with at least one other language (French, Spanish or Dutch).
