• Design and execute change management strategies using the ADKAR model.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for end-users.
• Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change.
• Report on change effectiveness and iterate strategies as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation.
• Expertise in structured Change Management methodologies.
• Proven experience with Atlassian products and ITSM transformations.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
