Location: Remote within the United States, +/-4 hours Pacific Time

Salary: $350,000 - $420,000 OTE (base + variable)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Own regional business plans including territory design and resource allocation.
  • Manage sales process execution including MEDDPICC and CFO/CIO/CISO access.
  • Drive pipeline generation strategy with SDR, Marketing, and Channel partners.
  • Partner with SE leadership to standardize demos and compress POV cycles.
  • Use data to diagnose sales gaps and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States with ability to work within +/-4 hours Pacific Time.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams and 12+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and sales forecasting.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
