What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on leveraging hirify.global’s image, video, and asset solutions.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with sales.
  • Drive product adoption by monitoring usage trends and deploying automated interventions.
  • Track customer health and execute risk mitigation strategies.
  • Represent the customer’s voice internally to influence product and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Experience with technical SaaS products, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven approach to customer engagement and portfolio management.
