What you will do

• Lead and execute internal creative design projects, including branding materials, logos, and internal campaign assets.
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling visual presentations and branded content.
• Design and elevate PowerPoint/Keynote presentations for leadership and internal events.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelance resources.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in visual design, content design, or art direction.
• Previous experience in an agency setting or on an in-house brand/creative team.
• Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity, and presentation design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and digital design trends.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway).
• Motion design or animation experience.
• Interest or background in marketing strategy or storytelling.
