What you will do

• Define technical strategy for the Personalization Platform.
• Lead technical execution for reliability and scalability.
• Own development of self-service tools for A/B testing.
• Partner with Data org for recommendation engines and APIs.
• Build high-throughput systems for real-time personalization.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams in personalization or growth platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in web technologies and personalization ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python, Node.js, GraphQL, and Next.js.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
