What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Partner with senior leaders across multiple departments to deliver actionable insights.
• Own the BI roadmap and delivery framework aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools ensuring data accuracy and adoption.
• Champion BI governance, documentation, and data quality standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Embedded Analytics to deliver integrated data products.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London or Nuneaton with minimum two days onsite
• Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams in cloud-based environments.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise with BI visualization tools like Metabase, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset to build and execute BI roadmaps supporting growth.
• Passion for continuous improvement and people development.
