Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or San Francisco, CA)

Compensation: $155K – $213K

What you will do

• Design, build, and launch new products to hirify.global’s Android app
• Help establish engineering processes, tools, and systems
• Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify key features
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer feedback

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile development
• Proficiency in Kotlin for Android development
• Experience launching at least one mobile app
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with web apps (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with backend technologies (Python, Flask, SQL)
• Experience managing apps in the Google Play Console
