What you will do
- Establish connections with key partners and act as their Trusted Advisor.
- Analyze product usage data to enhance adoption and reduce churn.
- Document activities and forecast opportunities using Salesforce.
- Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Exceptional consultative and communication skills.
- Experience in account management, preferably in SaaS/cloud.
- Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- High levels of organization and ability to manage a strategic portfolio.
