What you will do

  • Establish connections with key partners and act as their Trusted Advisor.
  • Analyze product usage data to enhance adoption and reduce churn.
  • Document activities and forecast opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
  • Exceptional consultative and communication skills.
  • Experience in account management, preferably in SaaS/cloud.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • High levels of organization and ability to manage a strategic portfolio.
