💚 Freedom24 is hiring: Client Payment Specialist

Freedom24 is the investment platform of Freedom Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FRHC), an international financial group with more than 400,000 clients worldwide. We provide access to over 1 million financial instruments, including stocks, bonds, ETFs, options and various global market products.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Client Payment Specialist who will work with a high daily volume of transactions, ensure payment accuracy, and collaborate with banks, payment providers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Processing a large volume of transactions in full compliance with regulatory requirements; ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transfers between banks, payment providers and market counterparties;
– Handling client payment operations: deposits, withdrawals, exceptional cases and supporting client managers;
– Detecting suspicious and potentially fraudulent activities;
– Entering and verifying transactional data in internal systems; working with large data sets;
– Communicating with external counterparties such as banks, payment systems and financial service providers;
– Collaborating with internal teams including Customer Support, Finance, Compliance/AML, Custody and Reconciliation;
– Participating in process automation initiatives, system enhancements and testing new tools and products.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a bank, forex company or investment firm;
– Strong understanding of payment processes, payment methods and standards (SWIFT, SEPA);
– Confident Excel skills (formulas, working with large tables, data analysis);
– High level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with large transaction volumes without errors;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Fluent Russian and English proficiency at B2–C1 level;
– Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
