What you will do

• Guide software development processes following hirify.global standards including requirements analysis, architecture, design, and testing.
• Support system architecture definition and coordinate software activities during project development.
• Mentor team members and solve technical problems.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware requirements and ensure BSP compatibility.
• Customize and implement BSP components for Linux, QNX, FreeRTOS/SafeRTOS, or VxWorks operating systems.
• Conduct BSP verification, static analysis, unit and integration testing adhering to ASPICE and functional safety standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India
• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MSc in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
• 14+ years of experience in embedded systems and BSP development.
• Expertise in microcontroller and processor programming and software project lifecycles.
• Experience with programming tools for microcontrollers and microprocessors.
• Team-oriented with honesty and integrity in professional relations.
