Requirements

• At least 3+ years of backend experience, preferably with JavaScript
• Good understanding of infrastructure and code integration
• Proven track record of introducing improvements in teams and organizations
• Experience with frontend, distributed systems, event-driven design, performance optimization, and monitoring is an advantage
