What you will do

• Develop deep user insights through research and customer engagement to advocate for user needs.
• Own the design process from problem definition to delivery, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to prioritize and implement solutions.
• Leverage and enhance the design system to ensure consistent and usable product experiences.
• Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Identify and experiment with AI opportunities to accelerate design workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Munich, Germany
• 3+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS with complex workflows.
• Strong UX fundamentals and polished UI execution skills.
• Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus but not required.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Experience with AI integration in design workflows.
• German language skills.
