TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (Ecommerce): Build scalable, responsive web applications for customer-facing e-commerce health products with an accent on React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management. Focus on writing maintainable code, unit testing, and collaborating across teams to deliver smooth user journeys and technical ownership.

Location: Hybrid work with offices in Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote), Klaipėda, and Riga.

Salary: 3210–4300 EUR/month gross

What you will do

  • Build scalable, responsive web apps using TypeScript, Next.js, and modern styling tools.
  • Implement efficient state management with Redux or Zustand.
  • Write and maintain reliable unit tests using Jest.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA to deliver smooth user experiences.
  • Contribute clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Take on technical ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers depending on level.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
  • Confident in writing unit tests and optimizing performance.
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices in fast-paced product environments.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-driven culture.
  • Fluent English required.
  • For senior candidates: leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMS platforms, e-commerce tools, or Playwright for automated testing.
