• Set and enforce high standards for performance, security, and architecture.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features quickly and mentor teammates.

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of mobile engineering experience with project leadership.
• Expertise in React Native or native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin).
• Experience with cross-platform SDK design and secure authentication (WebAuthn, passkeys).
• Proven track record in fintech or blockchain mobile app development.
• Strong UX sense, detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
