What you will do

• Create high-quality motion and animation assets for campaigns, product demos, livestreams, and social media.
• Develop animated logos, transitions, and brand motion reinforcing visual identity.
• Design event collateral for conferences, hackathons, and community activations.
• Translate static design systems into polished animations with attention to timing and composition.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Content teams to align motion with brand direction.
• Build and maintain motion libraries and reusable assets for consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, storytelling, and animation craft.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Lottie, and familiarity with Figma, Rive, and AI tooling.
• Good grasp of typography, layout, color, and animation principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Preferred alignment with EST time zone work hours (remote).

Nice to have

• Crypto-native understanding and culture familiarity.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, Invision.
• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, sound design, storyboarding, or scripting.
