TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (DevOps): Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure and self-hosted GitLab CI/CD platform supporting over 100 developers and millions of users. Focus on automation with Infrastructure as Code, observability with DataDog, and managing Kubernetes workloads for high availability and performance.
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with 4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on role
Salary: 5000–5900 EUR/month gross

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance
- Enhance and manage self-hosted GitLab CI/CD platform for 100+ developers
- Leverage DataDog for monitoring, logging, and incident response
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with OpenTofu (Terraform)
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Vilnius 4 days/week or flexible remote day; Kaunas roles offer onsite, hybrid, or remote options
- Solid experience in Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, RDS, S3, SQS
- Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and GitLab CI experience
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or OpenTofu
- Production experience managing Kubernetes workloads
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog
