What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative strategies aligned with performance goals
• Oversee visual brand execution to maintain consistency across marketing materials
• Write comprehensive briefs for creative professionals including designers and video editors
• Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Analyze ad testing data and competitor ads to optimize performance and stay ahead
• Develop compelling copy oriented towards sales and KPIs

Requirements

• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in creative strategy or related roles
• Proven experience with e-commerce products and USA market campaigns
• Strong performance orientation with measurable results focus
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
