What you will do
- Build and manage a world-class team of applied data scientists and ML engineers.
- Design and own the roadmap for the forecasting platform.
- Collaborate with Strategic Finance teams to integrate forecasts into planning processes.
- Own the end-to-end modeling lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring.
- Research and evaluate emerging tools in the forecasting space.
Requirements
- 10+ years of applied data science & engineering experience.
- Extensive experience building production-ready models for time series applications.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Team leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
