What you will do

• Build and manage a world-class team of applied data scientists and ML engineers.
• Design and own the roadmap for the forecasting platform.
• Collaborate with Strategic Finance teams to integrate forecasts into planning processes.
• Own the end-to-end modeling lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring.
• Research and evaluate emerging tools in the forecasting space.

Requirements

• 10+ years of applied data science & engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building production-ready models for time series applications.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Team leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
