What you will do

• Design and build highly scalable, reliable, and performant database systems.
• Develop intuitive APIs for the underlying database.
• Analyze and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks.
• Debug and fix system issues, ensuring long-term solutions.
• Define technical strategy for robust infrastructure supporting high-scale production systems.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years leading large-scale projects.
• Strong passion for building distributed systems at scale.
• Expertise in systems programming, with proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
• Domain experience in databases, large-scale data systems, or distributed infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills to build consensus across stakeholders.
