TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (AI): Acting as a trusted technical advisor within the GTM organization in EMEA, guiding customers through their Generative AI journeys and connecting to their decision-making platforms. Focus on articulating platform architecture, executing Proof of Value exercises, and educating customers on the product.
Location: You should be based out of Germany (The role is remote)

What you will do
- Perform interactive demonstrations of the platform to prospective customers.
- Educate technical teams on the architecture of the platform and its integration within customer landscapes.
- Scope and execute sponsored pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises to validate technical and business objectives.
- Educate and train customers and partners on the product for successful implementation.
- Present at company-sponsored events like Google Cloud Next and AWS re:invent.
- Liaise with product managers and engineers to investigate issues and understand the future roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales using value-based discovery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and present virtually and in-person.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with identity services, SSO providers (Azure/Entra ID, Okta), and protocols (SAML, SCIM, OIDC).
- Familiarity with APIs and troubleshooting issues.
- Familiarity with security concepts and tools (Firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAFs, proxies).
