What you will do

• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans for product releases and features.
• Perform initial root cause analysis on bugs using developer tools and logs.
• Report bugs with detailed information in Jira to assist engineering teams.
• Reproduce externally raised bugs and test edge cases to evolve test plans.
• Collaborate with development teams to update test plans with product changes.
• Contribute to and maintain the automation testing framework, triaging and fixing failing tests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• 2+ years experience in manual and automation testing of responsive web applications.
• Experience with multiple OS platforms, browsers, and RBAC/permission models is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira and Chrome Developer tools for bug reporting and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable with Python or Java and exposure to REST APIs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
