What you will do

• Build and own metrics, classifiers, and data pipelines for automation eligibility and effectiveness.
• Design and evaluate experiments to quantify the impact of automation on user outcomes.
• Develop predictive models to enhance support systems and user interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish data science standards in an AI-native operations environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Expertise in statistics and causal inference.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for analytics and modeling.
• Experience in designing and interpreting experiments.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
